[Japan Earthquake] 大使館業務及び連絡先について Embassy operation and contact

3月11日（金）午後におきた東日本大震災の影響で、大使館業務に多少の影響が出ております。

１．Eメール
大使館のEメール（info@eritreaembassy-japan.org）が一時不調となりましたが、3月14日午後現在、復旧しております。現在は問題なく稼動していますが、当面の間、念のために補助連絡先も下記に記しますので、Ccに含めるなどしてご利用ください。

２．電話
固定電話は地震後、つながりにくい状態が続いたようです。今後、余震により再びつながりにくくなるなどの事態もあり得ますので、そういった場合にはEメールでのご連絡をいただくのが、より確実な方法になります。

未曾有の震災ゆえに、不確実なことも多く、今後これらの事項にも変更が生じることもあるかもしれませんが、通常の大使館業務を遂行できるように職員一同努力をしております。皆様にはご不便をおかけいたしますが、何卒ご理解いただきご協力いただきますようよろしくお願い申し上げます。

Due to the huge earthquake that happened 11th March 2011, the operation of embassy has a little affected. Please follow the direction below.

1. E mail
Currently the email address is available, though it had some minor problem after the quake. In order to ensure the communication, for the time being, please use another embassy sub-email address together with the main address.
