本日付（2011年8月4日）のJapan Timesに掲載されたエスティファノス大使によるレターについて、大使より以下のメッセージが出ております。

 

本日（2011年8月4日）付のJapan Times紙また同紙Web板に掲載されている私からJapan Times紙へ宛てた“Situation in the Horn of Africa”と題するレターは、（私の意図を）反映しておりません。

私が書いたものはこのようになります。

本日（2011年8月4日）付けのJapan Times紙に掲載されたエスティファノス大使のレターについて​、オリジナルからの乖離・相違を指摘しましたが、Japan Times紙によりWeb版においては指摘の箇所の修正がなされ​ました。（2011年8月4日23時）

 

Please be informed that my opinion expressed in the letter I sent to the Japan Times published in today’s(Thursday, August 4, 2011) issued and on-line under the title Situation in the Horn of Africa is not reflected.

On the Web version of today's Japan Times, 4 August 2011, Japan Times has just corrected the points in the Ambassador's Letter that we pointed out to be totally different from the original.(23：00, 4 August, 2011)
