ダルフール紛争解決のための枠組み協定調印に関するプレスリリース
エリトリア政府は、2010年2月23日にドーハで署名されたダルフール紛争解決のための枠組み協定調印を歓迎し、称賛する。
シェイク・ハマド・ビン・ハリーファ・アール＝サーニー首長殿下は、カタールのドーハ・シェラトン・ホテルで行われた、スーダン政府と「正義と平等運動（JEM）」間の、ダルフール地域での紛争を解決するための枠組み協定の調印に出席した。
調印式は、スーダン大統領のオマル・ハサン・アフマド・アル・バシール氏、チャド大統領のイドリス・デビ氏、エリトリア大統領のイサイアス・アフェウォルキ氏の出席の下行われた。
調印式にはまた、多くのダルフールのグループの代表たちと同様に、アラブと国際機関の代表である、カタールのハマド・ビン・ジャーシム首相兼外務大臣閣下も出席された。

Press Release on the Signing of the Framework Agreement to Resolve Darfur Conflict Signed on February 23rd 2010:
The Government of Eritrea welcomes and applauds the signing of the Framework Agreement to Resolve Darfur Conflict Signed in Doha on February 23rd 2010.
H.H. the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al Thani attended the signing of the framework agreement to resolve the conflict in Darfur region between the Government of Sudan and the Justice and Equality Movement (JEM), held in the Doha Sheraton Hotel.
The signing ceremony was attended by Sudan's President Omar Hassan Ahmed
al Bashir, President Idriss Deby of Chad and President Isaias Afwerki of Eritrea.
The signing ceremony was also attended by H.E. the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabor al Thani, representatives of the Arab and international organizations as well as a number of representatives of Darfur's groups.
